About Sette Neckwear
Sette Neckwear was founded on a simple idea: a tie should be made the way it was fifty years ago, by hand, from real silk, without shortcuts. Every one of our ties is cut, rolled, and finished in Como, Italy, the town that has supplied silk to the world's great fashion houses for over a century.
We work in seven-fold and printed-silk construction exclusively. No fusible interlining, no machine tipping, no shortcuts that a trained eye would catch. It takes a skilled hand roughly 45 minutes to finish a single Sette tie from start to end.
Each pattern is produced in a limited run. Once a design sells out, it is retired for good, so a Sette tie you own is never a tie that everyone else owns too. Every piece carries our woven label marking it as hand-sewn, finest silk, made in Italy.
